The JMK105BJ105KV-M is a high dielectric, multilayer, SMD ceramic capacitor. It is rated at 1uF ±10% and 6.3V. It has a X5R dielectric constant and operates from -55 to +85°C. The use of nickel as electrode material and plating processing improve the solderability and heat resistance characteristics. It also prevents migration and raises the level of reliability.
