The MAX4052EEE+ is a low voltage, CMOS two 4 channel analogue multiplexer in 16 pin QSOP package. This device is fully characterized for on-resistance match, on-resistance flatness and low leakage. All digital inputs have 0.8V to 2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply. It is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 devices. This device is used in low voltage data acquisition systems.




Supply voltage range from 2V to 16V, ±2.7V to ±8V

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

Maximum on-resistance of 225ohm with ±5V supplies at TA = +25°C

Maximum COM off-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VNO = 4.5V, VCOM = 0V)

Maximum COM on-leakage current of 1nA at TA = 25°C (V+ = 5.5V, VCOM = VNO = 4.5V)

Low distortion is less than 0.04% (600 ohm)

Low crosstalk is less than -90dB (50 ohm)

High off isolation is less than -90dB (50 ohm)
