MAXIM INTEGRATED / ANALOG DEVICES MAX4012EUK+T Datasheet & Stock

The MAX4012EUK+T is a low cost, high speed, single supply op-amp with rail to rail outputs in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This single op-amp is a unity-gain-stable device that combines high speed performance with rail to rail outputs. The common-mode input voltage range extends beyond the negative power-supply rail (ground in single-supply applications). This device requires only 5.5mA of quiescent supply current while achieving a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and a 600V/μs slew rate. This has an excellent solution in low power/low voltage systems that require wide bandwidth such as video, communications and instrumentation. In addition, when disabled, their high-output impedance makes them ideal for multiplexing applications.

Supply voltage range is ±1.65V to ±5V, 3.3V to 10V

Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 30MHz

Low differential gain/phase is 0.02%/0.02°

Spurious free dynamic range is -78dBc

Total harmonic distortion is -75dB

High output drive of ±120mA
