The HSMF-C155 from Avago is a surface mount, untinted, diffused bicolour chip type LED. This bicolour LED is available as high efficiency red/green colour and made of GaP material. LED is designed in industry standard package of 3.2mm x 2.7mm for ease handling and use. The small size and wide viewing angle make this LED prime choice for push-button backlighting, symbol backlighting, status indicator and front panel indicators especially where space is of major concern.




Forward voltage of 2.1V for red and 2.2V for green

Forward current (If) is 20mA

Luminous intensity of 10mcd for red and 15mcd for green

Dominant wavelength of 626nm for red and 572nm for green
